  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. You can head to the checkout section and enter your address to see if we ship to your location and how much it will cost to get there. Keep in mind that there may be additional duties and taxes to pay upon the arrival of your package. Please also note, we cannot refund shipping fees on any international returns.   • How long will it take to get my order?
    Every Carefab product is handmade just for you. Based on our handmade process it can take up to 14 days to finish your order. Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal
  • What’s the status of my order?
    When made available by the delivery service provider, we shall forward you the tracking number. With any questions about your order, feel free to reach out to us at
  • Can I make changes to an existing order?
    In order to change an existing order, please reach out to us via chat or email within 12 hours of placing your order at Once that time window is closed, we can’t gurantee making any changes to your order.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes you can! In order to cancel your order, you have to get in touch with us via chat or email within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Is the bedding color exactly what is shown on the webpage?
    There can be slight color variations compared to what is shown on the website due to the process of coloring with plant dyes. That said, your items will be finished together and will have the same color.
